REGULATORY

Regulatory Compliance

Our biomedical waste capture services at the point of generation to the ultimate disposal conform to TCEQ MSW 30 TAC 330.1207, 30 TAC 330.1211, the U.S. Department of Transportation 49 CFR 173.134, and OSHA 1910.1030.

My Healthcare Disposal Needs

What this means to you or your business interest is that your biomedical waste is captured in a regulatory mandated container, transferred from your facility, a TCEQ Waste Manifest is provided that reads how much waste was captured, and your biomedical waste is disposed in a compliant manner.

STEP 1: SET UP THE BOX

Open the self locking box and ensure the bottom flaps are inter-locked.

Only approved medical waste boxes will be accepted by our staff. Federal regulations prevent us from collecting medical waste in any other type of container.

STEP 2: LINE THE BOX

Insert the Red Bag Liner into the box and wrap it over the top of the box.

The large liner bag should be used to hold all smaller items that are deposited into the box. Do not place items between the liner and the box container.

STEP 3: TIE THE BAG CLOSED

Once the container is full, tie the bag closed and tuck it into the box.

The liner should be tied off to prevent leaks and foul odors.

STEP 4: FOLD BOX TOP CLOSED

Push handle sides outward. Fold the large center flaps over and inward, inserting tabs into the slots. Push handle cut-outs through to complete the handles.
